A message dated May 11, 2007, was read stating the Governor signed                                                              
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 168                                                                                                          
    "An Act authorizing two exchanges of land between the Alaska                                                                
    Railroad Corporation and the Department of Transportation and
